Verdi is truly a “turn key” Design and Construction operation: we create projects, design what goes in them, build and then sell the houses. Our goal is to provide beautiful, efficient, affordable homes for our clients.

There’s not much to say in this section other than providing you with direct access to our actual homes for sale. Keep in mind that there is typically a lot of flexibility in what we’ve got, from little changes to the interior layout to the interior cabinet and appliance and finish choices, and often to the plans themselves: as architects, we can (within reason) design just about whatever you want, and as builders we can help you meet your budget.

So the plan book below often just a starting point, while the “features” link gives you an idea of what you’ll find in every Verdi home. Check back often as more homes in more neighborhoods are offered on a regular basis.
