Our “Homes for Sale” page provides lots of information on what we do when we build houses. We try to keep things simple, but in reality there’s a lot of hard work and hard thinking and hard decisions that go into “simple.”

That’s true, too, of our Development work: we try to find the properties nobody else wants, perhaps because they’re a little more difficult to work with due to topography or tight access or they’re not in the “high dollar” locations. But because we integrate in-house design and construction background into our thinking, and because we understand how cities and neighborhoods grow, our projects all seem to work out pretty well.

As for our Real Estate services, we sell our own homes that we build, but we’re also excited to be working on what we call our Greener Homes Initiative. It’s a program we’ve developed with Charleston’s Sustainability Institute and the local real estate community to define what buyers and sellers can do – and should be looking for – to expand the market for more energy efficient, healthier, more durable, and more responsible homes.
