Design is most often the result of a thoughtful and measured process that considers the various constraints and opportunities in a project and transforms these into appropriate, creative solutions.

But we say sometimes Design just happens. Design is what makes a house a home, Design makes a city sidewalk the place to be, Design creates human interactions and experiences. These links demonstrate our commitment to sustainability in Design integrated with our responsibility to produce professional, functional, beautiful, and cost-effective projects.

It’s this last element, especially after a little “architect-speak” in the previous paragraphs, that really drives what we do as Designers: cost. If we can’t deliver what we call Green Building in a budget-comparable way that both our clients and general consumers will respond to, we shouldn’t even bother. We believe it’s our work as Builders and Developers – as highlighted in other parts of this web site – that makes this possible.

In fact, we’re developing a residential Plan Book to further combine our ideas with our efforts to build these ideas in the field, and to help our clients benefit from good Design in an even wider range of budgets.
